Because Yuvakah sells instant-delivery digital products, all sales are final. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

01Our no-refund policy
Yuvakah does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final once a download link has been issued following payment confirmation.
Because our products are digital ebooks delivered instantly, the nature of the product makes it impossible to "return" — once you have accessed the download link, the product has been fully delivered to you.
02Why we don't offer refunds
Unlike physical goods, digital products such as ebooks can be consumed immediately and cannot be returned in any meaningful sense. We take the following steps to ensure you can make an informed purchase before buying:
- Each product page contains a clear description of the ebook's content, scope, and page count.
- Our FAQ page answers common questions about content, format, and delivery.
- You can write to hello@yuvakah.com before purchasing if you have any specific questions about a product.
03Technical issues
We understand that technical problems can occasionally prevent a successful download. If you experience any of the following, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase:
- Download link not received by email.
- Download link expired before you could access it.
- Corrupted or incomplete file download.
- File is unreadable on your device.
In these cases, we will reissue your download link or provide a working file at no additional charge. Write to hello@yuvakah.com with your order details (order ID and email used for purchase).
Technical support requests are not treated as refund requests — we will resolve the technical issue directly.
04Duplicate purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same ebook twice, please contact us at hello@yuvakah.com within 24 hours with both order IDs. We will review the case and, at our sole discretion, may issue a credit or waive the duplicate charge. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis and does not constitute a general refund policy.
05Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us is a violation of these Terms of Service. If a chargeback is filed on a valid purchase where the product was successfully delivered:
- We will contest the chargeback with evidence of delivery and these Terms.
- Access to any future purchases may be restricted.
If you have a legitimate concern about your purchase, please write to us first — we are committed to resolving genuine issues fairly.
