Delivery Policy

Yuvakah sells digital ebooks with instant delivery. Here's exactly how your purchase is delivered to you, and what to do if something goes wrong.

All Yuvakah products are digital PDF ebooks. There is no physical shipment. Delivery is instant — you receive your download link immediately upon payment confirmation, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

01Product format

Every Yuvakah ebook is a PDF file — a universally compatible format you can read on virtually any device. PDFs do not require a Yuvakah account or app. Once downloaded, you own the file and can access it anywhere, even without an internet connection.

02How delivery works

After your payment is successfully processed, your ebook is delivered in two ways simultaneously:

Confirmation page download link
Immediately after payment, you're taken to an order confirmation page with a direct download link. Click it to download your PDF.

Email delivery
A download link is also sent to the email address you provided at checkout, usually within a few minutes. Check your spam/promotions folder if you don't see it.

We recommend saving the PDF to your device or cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud) immediately after downloading.

03Download link validity

Download links are valid for a reasonable period. If your link has expired, please write to us at hello@yuvakah.com with your order ID and purchase email and we will reissue a fresh download link at no charge.

04Compatible devices

PDF files can be read on virtually any modern device:

  • Android phones & tablets — using any PDF reader app (Google Drive, Adobe Acrobat, or any built-in file viewer)
  • iPhones & iPads — open directly in Safari or the Files app; or save to Books/iBooks
  • Windows & Mac computers — open in any browser or PDF reader (Adobe Acrobat, Foxit, Preview on Mac)
  • Kindle & e-readers — transfer the PDF to your device via cable or email-to-Kindle

No special software, app, or subscription is required to read your Yuvakah ebook.

05Delivery issues

If you experience any of the following, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase:

  • You did not receive a confirmation email (check spam/promotions first).
  • The download link on the confirmation page did not work.
  • The downloaded file is corrupted, incomplete, or won't open.
  • You purchased the ebook but can't locate your download link.

To resolve your issue quickly, include your order ID and the email address you used at checkout. We will reissue your download link or provide a working file.
